In a few months I'd like to trade my Venice, CA house (south of Santa Monica, CA) with a house in Marin, preferably Corte Madera or Larkspur. It's a very pleasant well liked neighborhood, with an easy walk to the beach. The house is small but airy with high ceilings and open floor plan. It has 2 beds and 1.25 bath -- small front and back yard. The period of trading time could be 4 - 6 months. As you can see, this is just sketched out for now. I'm trying to gauge potential interest.
