Trail Crew: Yolanda Trail

Saturday, Jan. 5, 9 AM to 2 PM

Help us with phase 2 of vegetation, tread and drainage maintenance along Yolanda Trail. We will meet at Phoenix Lake dam. If you arrive before 9 a.m., the gate at Natalie Coffin Greene Park will be open to allow volunteers to drive up and park next to the dam. Folks arriving after 9 a.m. or leaving before 2 p.m. will need to find other parking.

Directions from Sir Francis Drake Blvd. in Ross: Turn west onto Lagunitas Road and drive one mile to the end to Natalie Coffin Greene Park.

Wear close-toed shoes and long pants and dress for variable weather. Bring your lunch, a reusable water bottle and lots of friends! MMWD provides breakfast snacks, water, tools and inspiration.

For cancellation and fire closure information, call 415-945-1128 after 7:30 a.m. the morning of an event.

Trail crew events are suitable for ages 13 and up, and habitat restoration events for ages 8 and up. Volunteers under age 16 must have a parent present at the event. Volunteers under age 18 must bring a permission form signed by a parent or guardian. Contact us for a form.
