Fish Story’s Chef Scott Ekstrom has created special prix fixe menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The three-course Christmas Eve menu is $45 and features Cabernet-braised short ribs with truffle potatoes and medallions of monk fish, served from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. The a la carte menu will also be available on Christmas Eve and Fish Story will be open for Happy Hour from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Fish Story has an extensive wine and cocktail list and corkage is $15 per bottle, with one free corkage for each bottle purchased. Reservations are suggested.

Priced at $39* per person or $49 with glass of sparkling wine.  Each child will enjoy puppet show entertainment and receive a teddy bear to take home. In its third year, Silverado’s Parent & Child Tee offers parents and children (ages 6 to 15) a chance to play up to 18 holes on the resort’s two championship golf courses.
