The longest-running fine art exhibit and sale that exclusively features landscapes and scenes of Marin is "Marin Scapes."
Now in its 26th year, this art show and sale offers works by 30 well-known fine artists and photographers including Martha Borge, Tom Soltesz, Tom Killion, Kathleen Lipinski, Steve Emery, Willard Dixon, John McCormick, Davis Perkins and more. Many artists will attend the weekend exhibit and be available to answer questions about their works.
Author Anne Lamott will give a talk on Saturday, June 28, 12:30 to 1:30pm. (Free with admittance.)
This year, the show returns to the historic Escalle Winery in Larkspur. The stunning private property is open to the public exclusively for MarinScapes. Guests will enjoy art, complimentary wine and refreshments in the ambiance of Escalle's historic barn and inn surrounded by wooded hills at the edge of a bucolic horse pasture near downtown Larkspur.
MarinScapes benefits Buckelew Programs, including Family Service Agency of Marin and the Helen Vine Recovery Center.
