Looking for a reliable, responsible, professional to assist real estate Broker in downtown Larkspur office.
The position is part-time, approximately 6-10 hours per week. It could grow into more hours and responsibility with the right person.
Must be professional and proficient with telephone/client etiquette.
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Job duties include: - Accounting data input - Office organizational skills and filing - Monthly reporting (will be trained on real estate software) - Other misc. office duties
This is an Independent Contractor position, with straight hourly wage -- 1099 issued annually for gross wages.
