On Saturday, April 30 at 7:30 pm, Gail and Kayla are back to perform their up-tempo duets, comedy numbers and ballads at this cabaret style show.  One of the comedy numbers was created by Grammy Award winning local writer, Rita Abrams.

Gail and Kayla are seasoned performers. Gail has performed several leading roles including Dolly in Hello Dolly and Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady. Kayla has performed many one woman cabaret shows and was one-half of the Victor Borge-esque team of McQuilkin & Goldberg. Both have appeared as singers and actors in several musical revues.

Peter Penhallow, who has played for hundreds of local theater shows, will accompany on the piano. Andrew Chilson will add his musical flare on the acoustic guitar and mandolin.

Kayla adds, “The show is a wonderful and uplifting event, for us and for the audience, for that evening and hopefully beyond.  The songs are either comedic, light-hearted or authentic and touching. We all get to share this good humor and sweetness together. Gail and I have a great time singing with each other. We adore singing with our instrumentalists who are also our dear friends. And, we totally thrive on connecting with our lovely audience.”

This lively one hour show will surely delight. Wine and hors d’oeurves will be served at 7 p.m., the show will begin at 7:30.  This event is free to the public.  Since seating is limited, an RSVP is appreciated.
