Monday Rant: Who's The Idiot Driver?

I hope you're not in a hurry to get home ... because you're going to be on the highway for a while.

Traffic on Highway 101 is usually bad during the evening commute, but some emergency repairs to I-580 that closed the Richmond Bridge toll plaza made things even worse Monday.

And who's the idiot making things even worse?

How about the tow truck driver who got lost and blocked both lanes on Tamalpais Drive in Corte Madera just to get stuck in the backed up traffic trying to get onto Norhtbound 101 near The Village?

How about the driver who decides to try to get right into the carpool lane after getting on Northbound 101 at Lucky Drive?
