In Larkspur, the outages along Magnolia Avenue were due to a power pole compromised in the wet, windy weather, and the outages were expected to continue until Friday evening, McKannay said.
Wet, cool conditions were expected to continue in Larkspur and Corte Madera through Sunday evening, with a chance of clearing by Monday, according to forecasters with the National Weather Service.
