In case you missed this week's broadcast of the National Theater of London's production of the Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, don't despair. There will be a second broadcast at The Lark Theater in Larkspur on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 1 p.m.
Fans of Big Bang Theory might think of Sheldon Cooper when they hear about this story. Teenage Christopher John Francis Boone has a beautiful mind. He can match wits with any calculator, but he doesn't seem to understand the way the real world works. He hates to be touched, doesn't trust strangers and has never ventured outside his own small world.
When Christopher discovers the dead body of Wellington, his neighbor's poodle, he's determined to uncover who murdered the precious pet. A little detective work explodes Christopher's world and casts him deep into a frightening mystery.
The play is based on Mark Haddon's novel and adapted by Simon Stephons. Tickets are $24.
