Larkspur-Corte Madera Weekend Planner August 18-21

From a weekend of new plays and a dog named Lassie to a Biergarten and 50's classic rock and roll, we've got you covered this weekend.

Thursday through Sunday:

RAW gives playwrights a forum for trying out their new works and to encourage theater-goers to participate in getting new works on their feet. Check out these three new short plays in full production. In Come Again, Another Day, written by Cary Pepper and directed by Hal Geib, a man comes home from a frustrating day of job hunting to find a killer in his home. Is he a lunatic, a hired killer or is this some strange type of job interview?  Playwright Lee Brady takes the audience on a comic exploration of four women at a crossroad in Janice, Shelley and Jo, directed by Andrea Gordon.  In a Pickle, by Karen Hartline and directed by Alex Kuskulis, finds a woman tired of her life and ready to end it all, but lacking the guts to follow through. A masked thug threatens to do it for her, but when his identity is revealed the pair concoct a plan that make them both famous.
