Readers' Choice: What Is Marin's Best Italian Restaurant?

Where do you go to enjoy your favorite pasta, pizza and more?

Wow! Patch asked you tell us your which restaurant makes your heart sing "Amoré," even if you aren't Italian? And you certainly impressed us with your responses.

Whether it's pizza, ravioli, or fish, you'll find some of the best Italian dishes at these restaurants.

In our latest edition of Readers' Choice, we're basing the candidates primarily on the choices you gave us during the nomination period June 18 to July 9. Now it's time for you to select the winner.

Voting began on July 23 and continues until Aug. 17. Some Readers' Choice categories span across all of Marin and others dig deep into individual towns and cities. Visit our topic page for all the Readers' Choice information.

Fabrizios on Magnolia in Larkspur. Best Italian food, and the ownership is generous to the community.

Where is Ginolina's on this list? Not only is it my favoruite Italian restaurant in Marin (and judging by the many regulars I've seen there), it was also LAST year's best Italian restaurant! Wouldn't that at least have earned it a place on the list?

Pretty surprised Piatti didn't even make the list. Don Antonio's in Tiburon, too.

I think Ginolinas will not be around soon!
