Downed Power Line Blacks Out Larkspur Neighborhood
A power outage early Friday morning affected 41 PG&E customers in downtown Larkspur.
Residents in downtown Larkspur were in the dark even after they opened their eyes Friday morning due to a localized PG&E outage.
A downed power line caused the outage, which affected 41 customers between 4:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Crews were still conducting repairs as of 12:30 p.m. Friday.
