Lawsuit Filed in Boat Accident That Killed Larkspur Woman

The father of Alexis Busch has filed a wrongful death suit against the owner of the yacht that capsized in a race near the Farallon Islands. Busch and four others died in the accident.

The father of a Larkspur woman who died in a boating accident near the Farallon Islands in April has filed a wrongful death suit against the owner of the yacht.

Larkspur's Alexis Busch was one of the crewmembers of the Low Speed Chase, which capsized on April 14 near the Farallon Islands in rough seas during a yacht race.

Her father Corey Busch, a former executive with the San Francisco Giants, is suing Chicago's James Bradford, the owner of the Low Speed Chase.

Jordan Fromm, 25, of Kentfield, Marc Kasanin, 46, of Belvedere, Alan Cahill, of Tiburon, and Elmer Morrissey, of Ireland also died in the accident.
