Power Outage Hits College of Marin Again

Morning classes canceled for the second day in a row in Kentfield.

Some morning classes at College of Marin's Kentfield Campus have again been canceled Tuesday after a power outage.

The campus was among more than 100 PG&E customers in Kentfield without power on Monday. Power was restored late Monday, but power went down again at some buildings on the College of Marin's Kentfield Campus, according to College officials.

The following buildings do not have power Tuesday morning: Olney Hall, Admin Center, Business Center, Harlan Center, and Fine Arts. PG&E crews are working this morning to address the problem. Some morning classes will be held and services will be available at all locations except in Olney Hall, Admin Center, Business Center, Harlan Center and Fine Arts.

Prop 37 would have exempted "organic" food from the labeling requirement. What sense doesRead More that make? (Answer: none.)
