Ms. Williams’s dream is to see Marin City become a healthy and whole community where needs are met, people are able to build assets and wealth, and work together in unity and respect.  She hopes to see Marin City become a place where young people are eager about education and learning and have a real desire to participate in community development so that the torch may be passed down and they can run with it.
