In
honor of Galilee
Harbor’s
34rdAnniversary this cooperative/
liveaboard/affordable housing community invites everyone to revel in
the spirit of all that is maritime. Marine Flea Market, Traditional
Boat-building Demos, Boat Rides and Floating Home Tours are just some
of what you'll find!



Galilee
Harbor, a community of artists and maritime workers, formed in 1980
continues to thrive as it celebrates its community. This year will
highlight the Members of Galilee—past and present—our painters,
writers, shipwrights, musicians, and sailors.

This

Bay Maritime Association

Lagunitas Brewing Company

showcases art created by Galilee Residents & Friends. The
Arques School of Traditional Boatbuilding
will present a
demonstration. San
Francisco’s Maritime Museum
will bring a historic felucca
and a Monterey for the public to visit. Free boat rides
aboard the S/V Santa Carodon and Spaulding
Wooden Boat Center’s
M/V Dixie will be
available all day.



Bring
the whole family to this free event to listen to live music courtesy
of our members and musical friends—Fiver Brown & Friends,
The Sons of the Buccaneers, The Waterfront Pickers,
The Ukulele Friends Ohana
& other surprise guests. Lunch on
fish and chips. Purchase that long sought after item from one of our
Marine Flea Market vendors. Walk the docks and tour a number
of floating homes or just sit by the bay and catch sight of our
resident great blue heron and fellow egrets off the Mono Street
marsh.



Galilee Harbor Community Association is a
non-profit, cooperative, maritime neighborhood dedicated to
continuing the maritime arts and skills while providing affordable
floating housing on the Sausalito waterfront.
