American Legion Post 313, Larkspur/Corte Madera, is hosting a Veterans' Day Dinner on November 11, 2011. All proceeds go to support Fisher House. Fisher House provides free, temporary housing for families visiting their wounded service members at Travis Air Force Base Hospital.
Post 313 is located at 500 Magnolia Ave., Larkspur. The bar opens at 5 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. The menu consist of salad, Lasagna, garlic bread and desert. A donation of $10 is requested. A drawing will be held for prizes. Monetary or prize donations are requested for the drawing. Our grand prize is a S.F. Bay cruise for two aboard the WWII Liberty ship SS Jeremiah O'Brian.
