126 Luxury Apartment Units Coming to Corte Madera

Last week, AIMCO began renovation a vacant apartment complex for $32.6 million.

Apartment Investment and Management Co. (AIMCO) began a $32.6 million renovation of a vacant, 126-unit complex in Corte Madera last week, the San Francisco Business Times reported.

AIMCO purchased the property in August 2011 for $43.6 million from Rockpoint Group and Stellar Management.

They aim to complete the renovation by the third quarter of 2014. The property, dubbed Preserve at Marin, will include a few 2,000 square foot penthouses and a 1,500 square foot clubhouse and gym.
