From the field....just wanted to let you all know it is hot, hot, hot out there right now! (In more ways then just the weather!) -
In the past 10 days I have written three offers for three separate buyers, and all three were multiple offer situations -
One was a beautifully updated 2 bed/2 bath Sausalito condo, listed at $485,000 - it received 9 offers!
The second was an off market Sausalito townhome, listed at $425,000, which received two offers -
And the third was a single family home in San Anselmo, listed at $659,000, which received three offers! -
The moral of this story....if you price it properly, and have it looking ship shape, they will come! (and write an offer!)
Now I'm off to make some more calls, to see if I can find some sellers out there for my buyers!
