The Perfect Host (now on DVD and Blu-Ray)

I’ve never seen a whole episode of Frasier and only knew David Hyde Pierce as “that guy from Frasier” but after watching him in the creepily dark comedy/thriller “The Perfect Host”, I won’t call him “that guy from Frasier” anymore.

David plays Warwick Wilson, a hostess with the mostess, literally. John Taylor, played by Clayne Crawford, is on the run after robbing a bank and cons his way into the home of Warwick, who is getting ready to have a dinner party. I won’t spoil anything but I’ll say that “The Perfect Host” is not a predictable film. It’s dark yet funny with many edge of your seat moments. Some moments you’ll need to suspend your disbelief and enjoy the ride.
