NEW ON DVD REVIEW:

To Rome with Love
The newest film by Woody Allen is another one of his “paid vacations” and an enjoyable one at that. While not as whimsical and quirky as his previous film Midnight in Paris, To Rome with Love is a joy to watch. This time the film has four separate stories starring Alec Baldwin, Penelope Cruz, Jesse Eisenberg, Ellen Page, Roberto Benigni, Judy Davis, and of course Woody Allen (who hasn’t been on screen since his film Scoop). While To Rome with Love may not be his best film and one shouldn’t expect it to be, it’s a light hearted farce with offbeat characters and beautiful scenery.
