MGH rebuild

I'm unable to vote yes when I have seen how our hospital has been managed the last two years.  There is little transparency, and while everyone complained that Sutter was raking off money for other facilities, it appears to me that the upper managements(which is pretty significant)is being paid huge salaries, and quality of care continues to go down (yes, I have worked there, and yes, was just in ER with my husband).
