You Tell Us: Should There Be a Cut-Off Age for Drivers?

This past month, there have been two vehicle accidents in San Rafael that involved elderly drivers hitting pedestrians–the most recent resulting in a death. 

On Jan. 4, who was crossing the street at Lea Drive. The pedestrian was transported to , after he complaing of pain.

This past Saturday, who crossing Second Street at G Street.

Both incidents took place in the evening and neither investigation suspected the drivers to be under the influence of alcohol.

One of our Facebook fans told us that in the UK, drivers are required to retake the driver's test after they turn 70.
