Free Home Staging and Design Workshop in Corte Madera on March 17.

If this Spring has you thinking about selling or just fixing up your home, you are invited to a free Home Staging and Design open house presented by our real esate team, on Saturday, March 17, from noon to 3:00 pm. The event will be held at 230 Chapman Drive, which is currently beautifully staged for your inspection! This home received six offers and is currently set to close escrow in late March.

You will meet ace stager/designer Vicki Paris Robins, and learn how easy and inexpensive it can be to give your home a staged look, whether you want to sell -- or never leave!  She'll show you exactly what was done to freshen up this 1960 home that had been lovingly lived in by one family for 53 years.  Whether you are wanting help with furnishings or starting over from scratch, Vicki is an accomplished interior designer who can offer you beautiful design solutions for any home.

We'll also provide you with a complete breakdown of the typical costs (in Marin County) to prepare your home for sale.  You'll leave with complete information about our trusted "swat team" of contractors: painters, floor refinishers, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, landscape designers, general contractors, builders, handymen, what ever services you are looking for.*

We've learned how to do the "property preparation" job just right -- at minimal cost, time, and hassle, with maximum results.  We can show you how to avoid costly mistakes. How to find great bargains.  You'll learn what things MUST be done, and what other jobs may be best not to bother with.
