Larkspur Man Accused Of Threatening To Kill Mayor Ordered To Take Anger Management Class

Glen March, 46, allegedly threatened to kill then-mayor Len Rifkind, and followed him by car with the intent to hard.

A Larkspur man accused of threatening to kill the mayor was ordered to complete an anger management class, the Marin Independent Journal reported.

Lawyer Glen March, 46, was also ordered to perform 24 hours of community service, pay $250 in fines and stay 100 yards away from Councilmember Len Rifkind, who was mayor at the time of the incident.

March was arrested last summer over allegations that he followed talked about killing Rifkind. March allegedly said followed Rifkind on to the freeway with the intent to hard him, even though he was unable to catch up with him.
