Outage Knocks Out Power to 24,000 in Marin County

The outage is primarily affecting customers in the Tiburon, Mill Valley, Corte Madera and Muir Beach areas.

A large power outage is affecting about 24,000 PG&E customers in Marin County this morning, a utility spokeswoman said.

The outage, reported at about 10:15 a.m., is primarily affecting customers in the Tiburon, Mill Valley, Corte Madera and Muir Beach areas, PG&E spokeswoman Nicole Liebelt said.

Crews are still investigating what is causing the outage, and there is no estimate yet for when power will be restored.
