Police Round Up Suspects

Arrests made for outstanding warrants; home robbery is being investigated.

Twin Cities Police on Saturday received a report from a resident on Piedmont Court that someone had entered the home Friday and taken jewelry and purses, valuing approximately $7,000. There were no signs of force and no useable prints. Neighbors were contacted and there were no other losses in the area.

During a traffic stop Sunday at Rich Street and iNdustrial Way in Larkspur, the driver fled the scene on foot and ran into a trailer park at 12:45 a.m. A perimeter was set up with the aid of Mill Valley Police and the Marin County Sheriffs Office. The suspect, 43-year-old Rudy Wyatt, was arrested at the trailer park for an outstanding warrant from the Department of Corrections for violation of probation for possession of stolen property.
The passenger, Lacretia Tadeo, was also arrested on an outstanding $7,500 warrant out of Mendocino County for a drug violation. They were both booked at the Marin County Jail.

Security for an apartment complex on Lincoln Village Circle in Larkspur reported a shirtless male moving items out of a supposedly empty apartment at 1:35 a.m. Sunday. The man, 22-year-old Preston Kawaguchi, was arrested for an outstanding $100,000 warrant for failure to appear for drunk driving out of San Bernardino County. He was booked at the Marin County Jail.
