Police Still Searching For Bank Robber

Bandit escapes with cash from First Community Bank at the Corte Madera Town Center

First Community Bank in the Corte Madera Town Center was robbed by a mustached man wearing a knit cap and construction boots Tuesday evening, according to Twin Cities
police.

The robbery was reported at 5:38 p.m., police said.

The robber approached a teller and demanded money, and the teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect then fled on foot with the money in the direction of Tamal Vista, and Twin Cities police were unable to find him.

He is described as a Hispanic man in his 40s, standing about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a mustache. He was wearing a gray knit cap, a dark hooded sweatshirt with gray lining, jeans and tan construction boots.
