A rollover crash on the I-80 claimed a life and shut down traffic for several hours Saturday, as emergency crews awaited a coroner investigator.
The crash on the westbound side, just west of Carlsson Boulevard, was reported about 1:15 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
All lanes on the westbound side were closed for close to an hour, when two lanes were reopened, the CHP reported.
The crash reportedly involved a Ford F-150 pickup and a green Nissan.
