Woman Accused of Threatening Mother, Vandalizing Larkspur Home

San Rafael resident faces three felony charges stemming from Thursday arrest.

A 38-year-old woman was arrested Thursday night in Larkspur for ransacking her parents’ house and making threats, according to .

Darya Kuznetsova faces three felony charges following an incident at about 5:30 p.m. at a home on Cross Creek Place, a police spokesman said. Kuznetsova, who was described in the police report as homeless but had a San Rafael address, showed up at the home, broke some items and threatened her mother, the spokesman said.

Police arrested Kuznetsova on a parole violation, suspicion of making threats and an immigration hold, all felonies, plus a count of misdemeanor vandalism. There were court orders in her name from earlier arrests for several misdemeanors including drunk and disorderly conduct, marijuana possession, vandalism and trespassing.

Kuznetsova was booked into Marin County Jail and faces a bail of $50,000.
