San Quentin inmates are learning Internet skills and even pitching ideas for apps that could show up on your SmartPhone. The inmates are part of The Last Mile Program, according to a report from Forbes.

Inmates have access to several programs, including theater, education and sports, through volunteer organizations trying to help them rehabilitate.
