The Larkspur City Council will hear a report tonight on the progress in planning for the area surrounding the proposed SMART station and might give direction to staff regarding the preferred alternative that was adopted by the Station Area Plan Citizens Advisory Committee on November 15.
The plan would add up to:
- 39,500 sq. ft. of office space
- 179,000 sq. ft. of hotel
- 394,500 sq. ft. of retail and cinema
- 320 new housing units
The preferred alternative was adopted after numerous meetings and two public workshops.
The City Council meets in the council chambers at city hall, 400 Magnolia Ave. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
