Community Garden Wilting in Corte Madera?

The Town Council is looking for someone to take up the cause after one group drops out of the campaign for a neighborhood garden.

Mayor Alexandra Cock put out the call recently for more residents to get involved in the campaign and development of a community garden in Corte Madera.

Cock, at the Aug. 16 Town Council meeting, said a group of organizers had changed their plans for the project.

There has been intense interest in developing a garden that would be available to all residents of Corte Madera, but there has been equally intense disagreement over the details of the garden:

Anyone interested in helping organize a community garden should contact your Town Council or Town Manager David Bracken.
