Corte Madera Town Council to Consider Signs, Park and Rec Fee Resolution

There is no mention on the agenda of a spill of an estimated 23,834 gallons of wastewater and human waste in the Corte Madera Creek watershed last week in neighboring Greenbrae.

A parks and recreation fee resolution and signs in public areas are on the agenda for the Tuesday night meeting of the Corte Madera Town Council and Sanitary Board.

The town director of recreation and leisure services will offer perspective on possible action for the parks and recreation fee resolution, according to town staff.

The Corte Madera Women's Improvement Club has requested permission to post signs in the public right-of-way from March 6 to March 24 to advertise an indoor "Yard Sale" at the recreation center on March 23, according to town staff.

The Larkspur-Corte Madera Schools Foundation has also requested permission to post a temporary banner from March 6 to March 20 to advertise the Spark Fashion Show on March 22, according to town staff.
