Furst Gathers Key Endorsements

Corte Madera Vice-Mayor picks up support from the Sierra Club and the Marin Democratic Party as she builds momentum for her run at the Board of Supervisors.

Diane Furst seems to be constantly on the go these days, and she's picking up some momentum for her election campaign to the Marin County Board of Supervisors.

The Corte Madera Vice-Mayor, who also serves on the Transportation Authority of Marin Executive Committee among various other boards, recently picked up endorsements from the Sierra Club and the Marin Democratic Party.

Furst was scheduled to appear in Point Reyes on Thursday morning during a meet-and-greet with residents to drum up support for her campaign for the District 4 seat, which represents Corte Madera, West Marin, Homestead Valley and portions of Novato.
