Should Pot Clubs Be Legal In The Twin Cities?

Corte Madera Town Council will discuss its moratorium on medical marijuana during Tuesday's meeting.

Marin Holistic Solutions for the past year has been quietly breaking the law, according to the federal government. Depending on the results of an upcoming vote by the Corte Madera Town Council, the medial marijuana dispensary could be forced to close its doors.

The Town Council is scheduled to take up the issue of whether or not to renew its moratorium on medial marijuana Tuesday night.

Marin Holistic Solutions operates out of the Tamal Plaza office park, near the Department of Motor Vehicles. The dispensary caused an uproar when it first opened as the Town claimed the owners hadn't been completely above board when filling out a business license.
