Town Council Must Iron Out Details

Now that Corte Madera has decided to allow the keeping of bees and chickens, the council has to fine tune a few details.

 

In case you missed the excitement of the last Corte Madera Town Council meeting — and believe me, you missed a lot — you can get a few highlights during the next meeting, Tuesday, March 20.

The Town Council will iron out some details regarding an amendment to allow the keeping of bees and chickens in residential areas. The council will also begin looking at alternatives to ABAG, since the town fled from the Association of Bay Area Governments.

The Marin County Board of Supervisors will look at ABAG and the latest Regional Housing Needs Allotment numbers at its meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
