Gary Sipos will give a free presentation on College Financial Planning. The workshop, for high school students and their parents, will cover the FAFSA application and all other information needed to maximize the amount of financial aid students are eligible to receive. Sipos will also talk about how to lower “out-of-pocket” expenses; how to finance a private school; how to avoid using 529 plans, private student loans or retirement accounts; how to choose schools that will give the best financial aid packages; how to increase tax deductions and tax credits; and how to get ahead by developing a customized plan to meet all the college costs that will be incurred by a family.
