The need for high-quality business training for entrepreneurs has never been greater. The NxLeveL™ Entrepreneur course teaches small business owners how to implement new and effective strategies in their day-to-day operations. Examples of topics covered in the course include leadership, market research, financial management, sales, organizational structure and effective negotiation.

“Many entrepreneurs are extremely knowledgeable about their unique product or service but don't know how to run the ‘business side’ of their business." states SBDC Director Lorraine DuVernay. She adds, "The NxLeveL™ Entrepreneur Course teaches them how to successfully manage their business and build a foundation for growth.”

The NxLeveL™ Entrepreneur Course is taught by Tina Eastman, a Certified NxLeveL™ Trainer, and includes twelve class sessions, textbooks, guest speakers, professional mentoring and valuable networking opportunities with fellow participants.  The cost of the course including materials has been reduced from $495 to $195 for Marin businesses thanks to sponsorship by the Marin County Workforce Investment Board and the Marin Employment Connection.  Additional participants from the same business may enroll for $95 including materials.

Free NxLeveL™ orientation sessions will be held at Community Action Marin, 405 4th St., San Rafael, CA 94901. Dates are Wednesday, April 20 or April 27 from 6:00-7:00 PM.
