Congratulations to all our graduates!
Redwood High's Class of 2012 walks tall Friday during graduation ceremonies at 4 p.m. on the Larkspur campus.
They'll join past Redwood grads, who include:
• Pete Carroll (Seattle Seahawks coach)
• JR Hildebrand (IndyCar driver)
• Gavin Newsom (California Lieutenant Governor)
• Gillian Benet Sella (Harpist)
• Mark Fainaru-Wada (Journalist)
That's to name a very few of the former Giants who made it big in their professions.
Larkspur-Corte Madera Patch is in the process of creating a special photo gallery that will feature Redwood and Marin Catholic graduates — not to forget those who are from the area who are graduating from regional colleges — and are putting the call out to local Patch readers to send us your graduate's photos.
We will be publishing the gallery as soon as we receive the first couple of photos and the community will be building the photo gallery as it counts down to graduation ceremonies throughout the Twin Cities, and regionally. This is truly a homegrown photo gallery and something that you can help us build to honor graduates.
On the day of the graduation ceremonies, we invite everyone to upload a photo or two of the graduate in their moment of triumph.
It all starts by signing up for a free user account at Larkspur-Corte Madera Patch and sending a photo of the graduate to the editor at derek.wilson@patch.com.
Once we receive the first couple of photos, the photo gallery will be published and users can upload their photos directly to the story.
