There are plenty of people who seem to treat Highway 101 like their own personal race course. We've all seen them, pushing 80 mph and ducking in and out of traffic.

Then again, there are aspects of our local roadways that remind me of Sonoma's Infineon Raceway.

The track's wild, sloping turns (8A-9 on the map)? That's nothing. I've seen plenty of drivers — and cyclists — take high-speed laps down Camino Alto between Mill Valley and Corte Madera.
