The Marin Catholic boys lacrosse team is one step away from hoisting the North Coast Section Division II crown.

The top-seeded Wildcats (17-5) topped Novato 14-10 in Tuesday's semifinal. No. 2 Piedmont and No. 3 Marin Academy square off today in the other semifinal. Marin Catholic will host the final on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Marin Catholic eliminated Tamalpais 14-4 on Saturday. The Red-tailed Hawks finished the season 9-8 overall and 7-3 in the Marin County Athletic League.
