Beer Bash Benefits Breast Cancer Clinic

Larkspur's Marin Brewing Company hosts 12th annual Breastfest, fundraiser at Fort Mason in S.F. to help a breast cancer clinic that serves economically challenged women.

Jenn Procopio's idea was just to help out a Bay Area clinic that soothes women who suffer from breast cancer, an idea sparked when her mother went through a toe-to-toe test with the disease.

Twelve years later, the general manager, with crucial support of co-workers and friends, hosted the Breastfest at Fort Mason in San Francisco on July 15.

Hundreds of revelers sampled fine ales, fine foods and some rock & roll to benefit for Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic, which offers free alternative medical treatments to low-income women with breast cancer.
