Jim Phelps, Neighbor

Jim's a life-long Marin resident.  He's spent 30-yrs serving the power, petrochemical, and geothermal industries designing and upgrading evaporative heat exchangers.  Because his work affects production efficiencies, he also negotiates contracts for his company with a focus on back-end performance penalties.  He is fluent in electricity pricing and rate structures.  He operates one of the largest residential photovoltaic (solar electric) systems in Marin, 7 kW, as a net electric generator to the power grid.
