Frederick Margolin Passes at 76

Greenbrae doctor had been battling ALS

Frederick Margolin, MD, of Greenbrae passed away peacefully May 10, 2012, surrounded by his famiy. He was 76.

Margolin leaves behind an impressive legacy in the battle against breast cancer. He practiced Radiology at California Pacific Medical Center from 1968 to 2007, during which time he was the founder and Medical Director of the Breast Health Center from 1984 to 2007. In 2001, he was selected one of America's Best Doctors for Breast Care.
