City Council to weigh employee vacation and benefit issues at Wednesday's meeting.

The Larkspur City Council will weigh benefits for the Larkspur Management Group and the Larkspur Fire Management Group at Wednesday's meeting.
The council will also consider dispensing information to the public regarding the Ross Valley Sanitary District's proposed rate hike.
