Giants Fans Ready For Rock-tober

The No. 1 Halloween costume in the Bay Area? It just might be Giants catcher Buster Posey.

Orange & Black isn't just for Halloween. Sure, those balloons and banners around town signal the coming of ghouls and goblins, but they also mean you've entered the land of the Giants.

While the children are looking forward to a basket full of candy when they go trick-or-treating, Giants fans have their own idea of sweet rewards in October. The San Francisco Giants are just one win away from clinching their second World Series pennant in three years. They take on the host Detroit Tigers in Game 4 on Sunday. The first pitch is secheduled for 5:07 p.m.

One of the most popular costumes — for adults and children alike — during Sunday's Trick-of-Treat event at the Town Center Corte Madera was a Buster Posey uniform.

I hope you will hold this again next year when he is old enough and we would like to prepare him. Can you be more specific on the prerequisites? Thanks. Jeanene

Thanks Jeanene. The age guideline is a good guide as children really need to have done algebra toRead More understand coding. There are some great new apps to help younger children start programming. I'll be posting an article on this on my kidscontent.co.uk website soon and via @clairecomins on twitter. Keep in touch and please do spread the word about AppCamp so it can happen again! Thanks, Claire
